| FINAL CLEANINGS |

The final cleaning of the flat and of the kitchenette is to be taken care of by client (unless arranged otherwise with the Reception staff). Upon arrival, the client makes two deposits. If the flat is not clean when the client leaves, the deposits will not be refunded. Final cleaning: Studio Euro 35, Two-roomed flat Euro 40, Three-roomed flat Euro 45. The cleaning of the kitchenette is Euro 20 for all types of flats. |
