GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Residence Stella del Mare.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Residence Stella del Mare, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Residence Stella del Mare sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Residence Stella del Mare in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Residence Stella del Mare promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) From 07/6 to 06/9, the minimum stay is 7 (seven) consecutive days, with check-in and checkout on SATURDAYS.

2) Period A: minimum stay 5 days/5 nights

3) When sending the booking request, a security deposit of one-third of the cost is required. The sum can be sent either by money order or bank transfer. If the reservation is not confirmed by Stella del Mare, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

4) The booking request will be confirmed only after receipt of the security deposit.

5) If a reservation is cancelled, the client will be liable for payment as follows: Cancellations within 21 working days of the date of arrival: 10% of the total price of the booked stay, with a binding minimum of Euro100.00 to cover booking expenses. Cancellations within 20 days to the date of arrival: 30% of the booked stay. In the event of no show after 24 hours from the date of arrival (i.e. 5 pm of the following day), if the client has not sent any written notice by fax, telegram or registered mail, the accommodation will no longer be available to the client, who will be deemed to have tacitly waived all claims. The flat will therefore be legitimately put at other people's disposal, and a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked stay will be charged as a penalty.

6) The management of Stella del Mare will only consider free-of-charge cancellations for family reasons if duly documented as provided by the Italian Civil Code.

CHECK-IN e CHECK-OUT

Arrivée (Check-in): les chambre et les appartements seront disponibles après 17.00 et avant 19.00 (il est possible de déposer les bagages avant).

Départ (Check-out): les chambre set les appartements devront être libérés avant 10.00, le jour du départ.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Residence Stella del Mare, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
